Who We Are

Co‑Production & Me is a specialist consultancy focused on the whole health and social context of people’s lives.

We bring together personalised, trauma‑informed and neuroinclusive approaches with real lived experience insight, so that services, pathways and strategies reflect what people actually need and use.

Our mission is to help organisations turn co‑production from an aspiration into day‑to‑day practice: empowering individuals, families and communities through support that recognises their strengths, circumstances and goals.

What we do

We work across health, social care and the wider community to:

  • Review and improve services and pathways (including effectiveness, experience and equity)
  • Design and deliver co‑produced projects and workstreams
  • Develop and embed personalisation models and involvement approaches
  • Support transformation and change programmes with lived experience insight

Across all our work, we focus on:

  • Co‑production and meaningful involvement
  • Neuroinclusive and trauma‑sensitive practice
  • Whole‑system understanding; NHS, Local Authority and VCSE working together

How we work with you

Every organisation starts from a different place.

We can:

  • Provide a one‑off review or toolkit to support a specific service or pathway
  • Co‑design and deliver a focused project or pilot with your teams and communities
  • Support wider transformation and strategy work with ongoing consultancy and facilitation
