Standard review
Our standard neuro-inclusive review is developed with input from neurodiverse individuals and focuses on five key themes, each broken down into two sub-themes.
It includes tailored surveys for patients (and their informal support networks) and staff, including volunteers and wider team members.
When both surveys are purchased, an organisational-level survey is also included, bringing together all three perspectives; patient, staff, and organisation to provide a comprehensive view.
This multi-lens approach helps create a clearer, more complete picture to support meaningful change and ongoing development.
Enhanced review
Our enhanced neuro-inclusive review explores seven themes, each with four sub-themes, providing a more detailed and in-depth assessment.
This comprehensive approach offers greater assurance regarding individual safety and psychological safety when accessing or providing care and support.
The survey delves deeper into each theme, recognising how institutional and historic trauma, past experiences, and barriers can impact both the delivery and receipt of care.
This level of detail is effective at individual service levels and is particularly useful for organisations seeking to develop trauma-sensitive, neuro-inclusive services and teams.
Discounted rates are available for organisations applying the review across multiple services or teams.
When used regularly, this review supports ongoing development, benchmarking, and the creation of a truly trauma-informed, neuro-inclusive organisation, with the depth of insight facilitating meaningful progress when conducted annually.

Additional Options and Discounts:
- Paper surveys for in-person feedback collection
- Tablet devices in kiosk mode for easy, on-site feedback (requires a £100 deposit per device, refundable upon return, subject to standard wear and tear)
- Discounted rates available when purchasing packages together as a complete set
- Additional discounts apply if both reviews are purchased within six months, offering cost-effective, organisation-wide insights
